This bogus internet/phone adult company charged my card without consent and cause me an overdraft fee. Someone should really do something about this business.

Based on the information that Drojones provided in his RipOffReport, we were able to locate his iFriends account. It has been cancelled and all charges have been refunded. If Drojones has any further questions, we encourage him to contact our Customer Care department at 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US). Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In fact, two hours after Drojones posted his RipOffReport, he used the online iFriends password retrieval utility to have his iFriends account password sent to him. Of course, since the account has been cancelled, Drojones will no longer be able to access the iFriends platform. If Drojones would like to reactivate his account or create a new one, we encourage him to contact us directly.
Drojones chose to create an iFriends account with upgraded premium VIP status. The monthly cost of the VIP membership was clearly stated during the signup process, and Drojones affirmatively elected to create a premium membership rather than a standard free membership. As a result, Drojones was charged according to the previously disclosed payment schedule.
