WPI*IFRIENDS is charging my credit card 5.95 since 26th May 06, for an unknown reason. I have never seen this web site before.

I have never entered or visited this website. I have not recieved any emails from this website regarding any type of registraition, agreement, or payment information.

I have never submitted my credit card number to this website or to any affiliated websites. The only web sites that I have ever given my card number to is Paypal.

Hence, I never agreed to any membership, membership fees and/or agreements, or requested any type of service from/with WPI*IFRIENDS. Furthermore, I am declaring this 5.95 charge as fraudulent charges through my bank.

I am doing this due to the numerous complains against this company and recommend that any ones experiencing the same rip off do the same. Maybe if a lot of people take their cases to this level, WPI*IFRIEND will stop their felonious ways; or end up behind bars.

did you recieve an email suppossedly from pay pal saying you needed to update your account info and your account would be closed something in regards to ifriends?I did but i ignored as it was a pshing email.did you respond with your cc info?I wish you luck.

Unfortunately, due to the limited amount of information in this complaint, we were unable to locate an account matching the minimal details provided by Jay. We strongly encourage Jay to contact us so that we can resolve the issues described in his complaint. If he contacts us, we will issue a full refund of any charges which may have been billed to his credit card, and cancel the account, to ensure that Jay receives no further billing.

Accounts on the iFriends website must be manually created ? that is, credit card, billing, and other personal information must be entered by an actual person. Since Jay stated that he received charges from us, that means that someone with access to his personal information came to the iFriends website, entered the correct billing and personal information, and created an account. The charges that Jay mentioned are consistent with what would be billed if the person created a premium membership account, which carries a monthly charge. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, we were not able to locate an account. We do look forward to Jay contacting us so that we can resolve the issue.

Our Customer Care Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - 365 days a year, and we encourage our customers to contact us immediately if they have any questions or concerns. To make this easy, next to each credit card charge we include a telephone number which the customer can call to get in touch with us. This number is toll-free, and is even customized for the user's country. We prominently post both telephone and email contact information on every page of the iFriends website. We sincerely regret any misimpression that Jay may have about our services and our company..
