WPI IFriends They charged my account without authorization Internet
Hi,
I Friends asked for credit card information to confirm age, I browsed some of their free cams, then Havnt used it since, I was checking my online account statement and they have charged my account twice, once for a $1.00 on nov. 18th, and also for $8.95 on nov 20th. I have not used their website for anything. Please help

When we reviewed Gummobkp4's complaint, we were able to use the information provided to find his account. Because he indicated that he did not wish to use the account, we immediately cancelled the account and issued refunds for his charges. His bank has accepted the refunds, and subject to its specific policies, the refunds should appear in Gummobkp4's account within the next 5 to 7 business days.
One day after filing the RipOffReport above, Gummobkp4 sent an email to our Customer Care Department to request refunds and cancellation. He then used our online cancellation utility to cancel his account. A Customer Care representative replied the same day and confirmed that the account was cancelled and the refunds were being processed.
When Gummobkp4 created his iFriends account, he affirmatively chose to enroll in the upgraded iFriends Elite membership. This option is presented on the registration page prior to completion of registration. While the basic iFriends membership is free, the Elite membership that Gummobkp4 chose to access has a monthly charge associated with it.
