I noticed the problem when I connect to my bank using Microsoft Money. Not knowing what I might have purchased, causing my account to be overdrafted, I searched for WPI*IFRIENDS VIP on google, and it brought me here.

The URL for WPI*IFRIENDS VIP is a hardcore porn site. I've never paid for porn in my entire life!

I'm having a hard time arguing with the bank becaus the represenative from WPI*IFRIENDS VIP has all kinds of information matching me, including the screen name and password I use most often, my e-mail address, my card number, my card's validation number, my computer's operating system and web browser, my ISP, it all points to me. Seems like they picked up that information from another web site. I've made many online purchases, and unfortunately, a handful were from somewhat shady sites because I couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere.

They charged me without me signing up for their service. You can call this phone number and you will get a refund plus be taken off their billing list. The phone number is:
1-800-243-9726
It only takes a minute and everything will be straightened out.

Were any of you who were ripped off WPI Students? I am, and when I called the 800 number on my bank statement, they said I signed up for it as an option when I registered my sophomore year. That's odd, because I don't remember it at all, also I didn't get this my freshman year.

ODD!

Fist think you need to do is call your bank. Tell them there has been raudulent transactions involivng your account. My bank wanted me to contact WPI Ifriends and beg for a refund, but if you argue enough, your bank should take action. They will contact their fraud department.
