Complaint Review: WPI*IFRIENDS VIP

Although what they do probably meets the letter of the law, it is unequivocally dishonest. I called their customer service for an explanation of a $5.95 charge on my credit card, and the explanation was convoluted and questionable at best. No doubt whatever she told me was hidden somewhere in the terms of acceptance, but I am very careful about reading those things and I never saw anything that would lead me to believe I would be charged again a month later. I was charged a dollar at the time I signed up. If WPI wants to refund me my six bucks, I will happily post on this site that they did so, but I'm not holding my breath.
