Went to the site and canceled my so called Free Membership. Entered a statement about the unauthorized charges and said I wanted my money back. I also called them and after a little run a round the word FREE came from them, witch is the magic word, a refund was agreed to and canceled account verified.

I also call my credit card company, disputed the charges, a Fraud Alert was issued. I canceled my card and a new card is on the way I'll see what happens.

Using the information provided on RipOffReport by Bluemax, we located his account with iFriends. As Bluemax mentions, he called our Customer Care Department and spoke to a representative about the charges that we billed to him. We appreciate him contacting us directly to resolve this matter. The Customer Care representative reviewed the charges with Bluemax and refunded all charges that were billed to him. Bluemax indicated that he was satisfied with this resolution of his account. Since Bluemax cancelled his account using our online account cancellation utility, the account remains cancelled.

As for Bluemax's customer history: shortly after Bluemax created his account, he chose to access a premium pay-per-view area of our service. This area carried a per minute charge. This charge was clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and Bluemax affirmatively chose to enter that premium area. If he has any further questions or concerns, we encourage him to contact us directly at 1-800-243-9726, a toll-free call from the US.
