Unfortunately, because Tomd did not provide very many individual details, we could not find his account. We very much want to take care of the problem that Tomd has brought up, and we strongly urge him to contact our Customer Care Department, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by calling 1-800-243-9726 (a toll-free call from the US).
In order to create an iFriends account, a user must enter correct personal information, including the credit card number, billing address, and email address. If Tomd is receiving charges from iFriends, it is because he or someone else chose to open an account with the iFriends service using Tomd's personal information. Again, we urge Tomd to contact us so that we can make sure the issue is resolved to his satisfaction.
