Complaint Review: WPT Enterprises Inc.

I have been an early adopter of this site since the beginning. They have many ongoing software issues that affect players and their support staff is based in India and very arrogant. There have been many issues and tonight I was in the middle of their 400 point tourney with a 1k payout and the game crashed. The initial screen claimed it was because of an internet connection issue and I'm running on a FIOS Fiber Optic connection where I was able to connect to any other site. The next three screen shots show their software trying to download an update unsuccessfully for over 20 minutes. I was kncked out of a tournament and unable to re-connect once again!
