while paying my bills last month I noticed a unfamiliar charge for the amount of 48.52. I had previously cut up my card months ago so i knew it couldn't be from me.

I called the number on the credit card statement for wq long distance and asked them about it. they said I agreed to their services via a phone call solicitation and that they had a recorded conversation of the agreement. I asked them to send me a copy and they did via e-mail. the only problem is that it was my wife they talked to and not me, and after a long and high pressure selling tactics and after repeated refusals from my wife she finally consented.

the deal was for about 1000 free minutes for 30 days after which we can call and cancel which my wife did but they did not.

I called again to complain and that I wanted a refund for the amount of almost 300.00 that they charged my credit card, and they said if I press charges against my wife for un-lawful use of my credit card and fax them a copy they would credit my account
