I have recieved my bank statement that shows a $59.78 debit taken out of my account. I do not use a long distance company and this is an 800 number. When I call the number on my statement it says they are closed and call tommorrow. I have no idea how this company got a hold of my debit card number. This company obviously needs to be investigated.

Reason Charged I do not agree with the way they do business

I worked at this place. I do not agree with the way they do business, but I will tell you that you probably ordered something off the television and this phone card was whats called an "up sale" (thats all that mumbo jumbo they say to you really fast at the end of the transaction). They sell things like D Snore, Bloussant, and all kinds of other herbal supplements. After working there I would never ever order something off the television. They are also called Tony Hoffman Productions. I don't really think that they ever go by that name publically. It is a huge call center in Newbury Park, CA. They dont seem to care about the customers. They dont seem to care about there employees. They have paid millions in fines and lawsuits and continue to have open doors. It almost seems like a lost cause. I reported them to the FTC when I stopped working there, and obviously it really didn't help too much even with "insider" information.
