wrh realty three rivers apartments refusal of to repair batroom water leaks st petersburg, Florida
i have resided at three rivers apartments it will be 5yrs in 08/12 and have had water heater go which made the downstairs carpet wet also the toilet was falling through the floor and they replaced the floor shabby work
toilet is crooked and the baseboard has gaps from missing pieces! they have had to cut open the ceiling down stairs in the living room in the past from bathroom leaks and now here we go again. i reported it to them and they said i had to
clean up the leak around the toilet because the caulk has eroded also the bath tub has erosion all around it as well as pealing in the tub!
the garbage disposal has not worked in a year no big deal there and they tell you to call immediately if water issues arise and i have called their regional terri davis in florida and emailed pictures to her tdavis@wrhrealty.com and she responded via email that the property manager would contact me and that was 05/03/12 anyway here are the pictures i
sent to ms. davis!
ps. the pictures are of the toilet area/bath tub /and the water stained ceiling downstairs in the living room area which has cracks in it . i expect will be falling down any day now!
