Sadly these people are based out of Orland California and Sisters oregon It's a family ran scam. They gather horses from auctions and Craigslist then they sell these horses with trumped up stories and various drugs depending if the horses have soundness issues or mental issues such as bucking, bolting, and even in broke horses that are then drugged to appear broke.
They also run a scam at an Oregon auction barn where they rig bids to make buyers pay top prices for then drugged horses they sell. Sadly on one instance they sold a drugged naviculat horse as a child's horse and later the horse had to be euthanized. Another instance occurred where they purchased an admitted dangerous horse at an auction to then re sell it a day later at a different auction with a trumped up story where he was bought by a family for $3000.
The stories can go on and on but beware when dealing with any of them they can be found on Facebook with ranch names and dangerous horses for sale I hope this report helps one person as I sure would have liked to have been warned before I bought the gelding we bought.
