We placed an order through this company for 100 custom wrist bands for a customer of ours. The order was placed on a Monday and was needed in-hand no later than Wednesday for a show early Thursday. We paid $73 extra for 1-day production and $89 extra for 1-day shipping (from Texas to us in Connecticut, that's insane!) The order verification stated the in-hand date was for that Wednesday.

Wednesday came and there was no delivery. Next day deliveries are supposed to arrive first thing in the morning. I called the company to see where the package was. Please note that they're in Texas, according to all emails we received and on their website. I was told that due to weather conditions in CHINA the package got delayed and we'd have it the next day, Thursday, the day of our customer's early morning event.

I requested that the job be cancelled since they couldn't deliver it as promised, and there was no way to get it from China to Connecticut by the evening so we could deliver it. They said there was no way to refund a custom order. Now we need to eat the cost of these wrist bands, as well as the bands themselves because they are now useless to the customer.

According to the email I just received from them, they will be here on Friday....two days after the event it was needed for.
