While awaiting in the airport, I heard a woman talking on the phone.  At first she was laughing about a website with the American Express logo and how her 'ex' had the audacity to put the logo on his internet website.  What she said next alarmed me!  She said that he had scammed American Express out of thousands and thousands of dollars by making fake American Express cards.

I was quite shocked by her statement and I wanted to know more.  Once she finished her conversation, I quickly smiled at her to grab her attention.  We began talking and I questioned her about her conversation.

She told me the owner of the wristband company in Houston, Texas had been sentenced to prison for credit card abuse/fraud and drugs too.  I didn't understand why she thought the American Express logo was humorous?  She went to a wristband website and showed me the logo had been placed on this criminals website.  I didn't share the humor.

She did tell me that American Express would not allow him to do this, but that his partners had no criminal history and that is how his business was able to conduct business.

Wow, when you read this, it sounds like something out of a B rated movie.  It is written so poorly by a person who's characters is obviously an eavesdropping, gossiping, low class individual.

If you are one of the 50,000 satisfied customers of Wristband Connection.com, you would know that your credit card information is safe.  This is our Comodo SSL certificate which lets you know we are a reliable, safe business to do business with and insures you up to $250,000.  It is one of the most difficult SSL certificates to aquire and it insures you that your credit card info is safe.  We were invited to join Comodo because of our truly golden reputation as a reputable company.

Maybe "Samantha Tampa" has us confused with 24hourwristbands.com who ran a scam for "free shipping" that was not so free.  Google NBM services and check out the 800 notes links that pop up!

We have been in business since November 2006 and since then the BBB show a total of 6 complaints.  At last glance, our competitor mentioned above has over 113 in the last 36 months.

As for the rest of the story, well, do the research yourself.  There is no legitimate site that offers any such details, so where did "Samantha" get her details?

Reports like this are nothing but futile tactics to scare business away from us and into the clutches of truly unscrupulous competitors.    We take pride in offering the kind of quality service that is no longer seen in business today and giving our customers a safe, reliable online experience.  We expect to be badmouthed by cowardly individuals who will not reveal their true identity for fear of a lawsuit for slander.
