I responed to a email from WritersLife.org for a free writing toolkit to help me with my writing. All I had to do was pay for the shipping and hadling. I spoke with the Debit Card services that I have my monthy income on as I am semi retired. They informed me that Platinum Millenium Publications had withdrawn $67.73 offof my card 2 times within 5 to 7 minutes around 10:30 PM on 10/4/17 They had the time as well as transaction numbers. They gave me the phone number for Platinum Millenium Publications. When I called the phone number 1-866-752-9968 When I called the phone number the person who answered the phone answered it WritersLife.org.

The woman explained to me that I was enrolled in one of their writing programs. I told her that all I had done was order a writers toolkit. She tried to tell me that they were unsuccessful in nwithdrawing $67.73 once. Althogh I have the proof that it was withdrawn twice. The point is 1. I had no idea who Platinum Millennium Publications was. 2. I never gave anyone to take the money from my account. No one.

It was a violation of my privacy. Loss of trust as well as being inconvienienced by being shorted of $135.46 of a small amount of money that I get being semi retired and being on a fixed income. I found out that Platinum Millenium and Writerslife.org are one in the same after chatting online with a Vice President of The BBB. He checked it out after me telling him of my suspicions. He also suggested that I file a complaint. I feel that it is very important to put this out there in all forms to warn others of  this. O ther people who are trying to have a carre in writing of shady pubishere.

Writer'sLife.org/Plattinum Millenium Publications, When I called te phone number provided to me by my Debit Card Company for Plattinum Mellinnium Publications and the woman answered the phone Writer's life I gave her the email address associated with the order no confusion between 2 separate email addresses.

The yahoo email address was the only association with the alledged free writing toolkit as well as the $67.73 that was removed without my consent from twice between 5-7 minutes on 10/4/17. As discussed with her and a few other staff members @ Writer'sLife.org/Plattinum Mellinium Publications.

Even when I was able to tell tham that I nhad proof of the times that both transactions that went through where and again was informed that your companies on 10/10/17 that only 1 payment of $67.73 was all that you were willing to return.

We are coming up on 2 months since this incident occured and it only took about a minute if that for you to take $7.95 off of my card for the shipping and handling for the toolkit and 5 minutes for you to take $135.46 off of my card. I didn't see the opt out  yes or no for your $67.73 a month program . If I had I would have said no right away. I didn't even once try todo anything with it. I have a writing company that I am affiliated with that is above board. Doesn't use one name on the phone and anoother name when they take money with my consent off of my Debit Card.

It will be very interesting to see just how much longer it will take for me to receive my money back. All of the money taken off of my card without my consent. I had to get a new card expedited and pay for a new card since I feel that my card was compromised due to the actions of your companies.
