Written With Love Designs Etsy Shop @writtenwithlovedsgns Take payment, claim to fulfill orders, claim to ship, then cancel orders and lie to Etsy saying buyer initiated refunds.
Etsy shop @writtenwithlovedesigns aka @writtenwithlovedsgns from Stevensons Ranch, CA accepted my Order after payment. Was a special order custom piece of jewelry, needed as a Christmas present. Around two weeks later, still no shipping info, email them, they say it shipped. Mark as shipped. Then 4 days later they cancel the order and claim I initiated the refund. Now this custom order piece of jewelry, that thousands of other Etsy sellers sell, will not arrive for Christmas. Shady business practice by lying to Etsy that I requested a refund when in reality they couldn’t fulfill orders. Also, absolutely no response from them at all. Horrible communication. Etsy didn’t handle it much better.
