Hayden Wrobel He bought a house in Hudson FL for $20k that had erosion damage from backyard lake. He had an unlicensed contractor (with no permit) do underpinning and related house repairs, then sold it at $100k profit. We bought it from that owner, and now the underpinning is failing.
