WRV ENTERPRISES I want my deposit back... and customer service is horrible Miami Florida

I saw an add on tv, about a Mastercard credit card. The add said that it does not matter if you have good credit or bad credit, you will still get a Mastercard. So I called them, they told me that if I send them a money order of $299.00, they would give me a credit card with a credit limit of $5,000.00. 20 days after they received my payment, I received a card that I was only able to use when buying online. Thats was not what the add on tv said.

I called them back because I wanned an explanation. They told me I was not aproved for a Mastercard, then they told me that if I wanned to cancel my account, they would give me my money back...I canceled the account. Now, 3 months later, I have not received my money yet! I keep calling Customer Service and they always hang up on me... sometimes they dont even pick up the phone. They also don't have anyone that speaks english.

They were very nice to me when I called the first time, but now, its very hard to even talk to them. I always call and ask for Tony Diaz, he's probably the manager or something. This company needs better customer service... put some people there that speak both english and spanish, not only spanish... and they also need to pay me back.
