Complaint Review: WSA Corporation

I used WSA's services in the first two quarters of 2002. WSA did a resume mailing packet of a little over 500 resumes to companies within the proximity of my home. The total cost for the service was approximately $1,500. I was informed that I would get two to three quality calls from a mailing list of 500 resumes with WSA.

I did not get one quality call from any of the companies in which WSA had prepared resumes for me. The calls in which I recieved were calls requesting salespeople, which the resume did not state at all that I wanted a sales position. The position in which I was looking for was a managerial position. I did not even get 1% return on my $1,500 investment of the resume service in which WSA did for me.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and WSA has denied my request for a refund. WSA does NOT live up to its promises. Beware what WSA tells you, job seekers!!
