Complaint Review: WTEA ACAI WHITE TEA ACAI WHITE TEA TAMPA FL

I order a "free" bottle of AcaiBerry Supreme from their website. It was supposed to be pay $5.95 shipping for a free trial bottle. Then if you did not like the product you call withing 15 days of the shipping date of the product to cancel. Otherwise, you would receive a bottle of the AcaiBerry every month at a charge of $89 (this is in tiny print under terms and conditiions). I never got a receipt or confirmation for my $5.95 shipping and when I check my bank account there were 3 charges of $5.95 from 3 different companies all with similar names.

When I tried to call the customer service/cancellation number I was either hung up on before the phone would ring, or got a recording that said the number had been disconnected. I contacted my bank to let them know the charges were fraudulent, but had to go through a very lenghthy process and still don't know the outcome.

The website for this product quote people and places like NBC, Oprah and some well know doctors as testamony that their product works and is a good deal but all they really do is take your money.

I have not received any product yet and I still have not gotten through to the customer service number. Hopefully, I can take care of all of this through my bank.
