They are running an add in green sheets offering a $30,000 yr managment possition with 6-9wks paid training and proffit shares of $7 per bottle  sold paid ea Tuesday. ALL LIES. They take you out on as many of what the call Satilite Mission as they canwhere they take you out of town for 3days and work you from 10am-10pm or later or until you have sold 10 bottles.    On Tuesday when i went to get paid for the bottles i did sale, I was told to leave the property or he would charge me with EXTORTION and BAGGERING. I was told to show him my notes stating $7 per bottle sold. When i went to my car to retrieve my notes, i was locked out.

Scam - Larry Haun Scam

Please look up the "Larry Haun Scam."

When I was looking for a job in mid-2014, I was scheduled for a interview at the address listed (714 watson rd su 320 Arlington, Texas). During the group interview, there was about 12-18 us sitting in one room while Robert and his wife spoke to us about "Larry Haun." I could not express how many times they used this man's name in one sentence (this group interview lasted well over an hour). After I accepted the job opportunity, I had a feeling that I could not shake.

There were so many tell-tell signs that these people were not a legetimized organization (the suite had a bunch of funky and random motivational pictures, like if someone just slapped them on?). As soon as I got home, I looked up the location of Robert and Ricki's suite and discovered their company on the "Ripoff Report!" I then searched "Larry Haun" on Google and discovered the "Larry Haun Scam." I thought back to what Robert said in the group interview, that we were selected out of a x amount of people (can't remember the number) and that made me feel great and special, but after discovering their lies, I was in deep despair...although I did not give up my job search.

I write this to forewarn anyone who may accept an opportunity with this organization, that they may avoid the loss of time, money and investments. I forgive them for the two days that was wasted and I hope and pray that they will change their ways and that God may show them mercy.

We have been in business for over 26 years and about once or twice a year, we have somebody who will start (TRAINING) to become a manager and within the first 1-2 days, they quit (as they do with most things!), and a couple of people even resort to online bashing.  "We did something wrong to them" is what they write.  In reality, if they just went through with the training, they would have earned the management position making 50K or more.  That is what happened for us.  We committed to staying the full length of training!  We are very upfront with what we do and how our company operates.

If you are like many people between the ages of 18 and 35 that don't possess the necessary experience or education to earn a high income, and being a keyboard gangster like the grievant is what you prefer, then this isn't for you. If you're feeling too young, aged out, unqualified, ill skilled, left out, discrimated against, or even needing a fresh start, then we ARE your best option. We focus on being the solution for people who are aspiring for higher level positions that may never be rewarded with one. We develop our managers in the three areas of our very successful marketing business.

Training is an earn while you learn process with no money ever out of your pocket.  We have people training in our locations that are earning above average income per week while we assist them in growing professionally and, just as importantly, personally.  The first area is learning how to work with & interact with our customers.  The second area would be training and assisting in the development of others. The third area would be learning how to run the office itself, ie. learning to run classes, meetings, and overseeing the day to day business operations.

Once your training is completed, you will be promoted to a manager position.  You will be promoted to a location that we pay for and set up for operation.  That is when you will be managing as your profession.  This is the same way we were trained and how we were promoted to our own office over 26 years ago.  From that, we have opened many, many people into their own locations (some of which we still work with over 20 years later).

We are a fully-functioning business with bought furniture, computers, artwork, electronic equipment and a staff. We also have the support of our community.  We are parents and business owners with a huge business associate fan base all over the country.  Every day, people ask us how we became who we are and how we have the life we have.  There aren't people that have worked with us for at least a BRIEF length of time that would say anything derogatory towards us.

If you are going to take advice from what amounts to less than 25 people in 26+years who quit, and blamed us for the reason they are disgruntled and stuck, then I get it!  However, if you truly have a winner's attitude, decent work ethic and the willingness and ambition to train for 60 days or less, then we will work harder for you than you EVER will for us.  Thank you, Robert

The distributor settles up for the cost of the product x how many products were sold at the conclusion of each day.  The money the distributor collects over the cost of the product is put in their pocket at point of sale to consumer.  W.T.F. does not collect distributors profit!  W.T.F. will offer extra incentives to distributors in the form of a daily volume bonus and/or a profit sharing incentive based on the volume of sales a distributor does for a week.  The distributor must be a contributing member of the business at the time of payout to be eligible for additional monies W.T.F. offers to the individual.  These are finanacial incentives W.T.F. offers to distributor for continuing relationship with W.T.F and/or for larger volume sales.  If the distributor blows out, then those rewards are not in play.  This is much the same way all business' offer bonus' to their employees or schools offer aid to students.  There must be a continued relationship in order to be eligible.  Furthermore, W.T.F. keeps a receipt of every sale of each person who has sold products.  These receipts show how many products were sold by individual and at what price those products are being "settled up" for.  If there is any change due back to distributor, W.T.F. will make change and return difference to distributor immediately.  The individual issuing the complaint received his money for the 7 sales over a 3 day period he did at the point of those"settle ups".  He was attempting to badger W.T.F. to pay him more monies over and beyond what he had already collected.  When I requested he get his notes to show me the validation to what he claimed he was owed by W.T.F., he refused to get them.
