My checking acct has also been debited for $34.95 and $49.95. I am sure that someone in my house has done something they shouldn't have, but I have had no luck getting info from this company in order to (1) find the culprit who gave out my info & (2) cancel whatever it is I am being charged for!

These charges are coming ACH from my acct. There is no involvement with either my debit or credit card. Yes, I will file an affidavit with my FI to try to get funds back. Hopefully my FI will waive fees associated with these transactions since I am sure the company won't reimburse for those!

Hello. The company is billing you for monthly access fees/memebrship for websites. The information that would have been provided at the time of join, would have been the financial information at the bottom of one of your checks. You will need to cancel the subscriptions in order to get the company to cease billing your checking account. You can cancel the subscroptions by calling the comany, going to their website (www.achdebit.com) and cancelling, or by sending them an email. Good luck!
