Over two years ago I signed up for a trial (3 days) for xxxpassword.com. After the three days I cancelled the membership, or so I thought. A month later I found a $40.00 on my bank statement.

I called WTS and told them I did not want a the service but they said I cancelled too late and i would be billed for a month. Although I know better now, I let it slide.

Shortly after that I moved to a new apartment, got new internet provider and e-mail. Almost two years later I saw a unlabled deduction on my statement with only a number beside it. After i realized it was a phone number I called it. Come to find out, I have been being charged for the last two years totaling over 900.00. I had no way of telling that this was going on. I did not have the old e-mail adress or a mailing adress.

I demanded the money be returned to me and of course, they refused because I don't have a copy of the cancelltion confermation form that was supposedly e-mailed to me two years ago.(the e-mail account has long since been closed) To top it off they refused to STOP billing me.

I sent 4-5 different e-mails to WTS telling them to stop billing and only recieved snotty replies from their represenative. I called the 800 number and a supervisor said they will not refund any money and the last months bill will be resubmitted to my bank until it was paid. I told the man I stopped payment at my bank. He told me they will then send me a bill with a 25.00 return check fee.

This is unbelievable! Not only have they scabbed me for almost a $1000.00, but they refuse to stop too. How can I get my money back? How do I stop these bastards? Do I have a leg to stand on when it comes to getting my money back?
