Complaint Review: Wu Jinzhao

This person/company advertised on the internet as a Pandora Outlet they never indicated they were in China even when I put it on my creditcard. Not one of the charms are stamped Pandora and they even sent me diffrent charms than the ones I had piucked out with the thought process that this was a reputable company and not out of the country. They are very poorly made and look cheap. The phone number wouldn't even go through when I tried to call. I am asking for help getting my money back for false advertisement, it seems you can't buy anything online I have been told by several people that you shouldn't buy online because this is a ongoing problem placing orders that are misleading and false advertisement. I called my credit card to dispute the charges but they told me to also contact the sender, they can have there fake product back but I don't want to send it and not get my refund. This person/company should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of customers thinking the are getting real product.
