I purchased online 2 boxes of Premium Tea plus 2 free boxes. There is a 30 day guarantee with a full refund if the tea does not work for you. It did not work for me so I returned 3 full boxes of tea minus the 4th box I used. I returned the items on oct. 5 and so far no refund. I emailed them and they don't know anything. They claim they have not received the item.
