Wu-Long Source, Wu-Yi Source Do not expect to slim down or get a refund with Wu-long Source, Wu-yi Source rIPOFF Billings Montana
Following the glowing statements read on the Internet, endorsed by Oprah, won first prize for weight loss last year, plus "guaranteed" refund if I was not happy for any reason, I thought I could not lose by trying their "slimming" tea. Was I wrong! I shoud have realized you can write anything you want on the internet with impunity, as nothing they say is true. It does NOT work and I cannot get a refund. When I called their phone # I needed an autorization # to return the tea. When I tried to contact them at their several e-mail address, the connection was refused at most. the one that seemed to work always say the same thing "what can I help you with" even though I told them exactly what I wanted. I have since learned that quite a few people had the same problem with them. Do NOT give those people any money; they're a FRAUD.

Wow! It took 2 1/2 months for the company to finally answer!! There is nothing wrong with my computer or my search engine; I did get an answer: "What can I help you with" --3 times, even though I made it very clear the first time what I wanted; my son who is a computer professional, had the same result and, I understand, quite a few others as well. I also reached two people in the live chat room who told me both they could not help me and the phone number they provide is only a recording that says you need an autorization number. I wrote a letter to Oprah to let her know how her name is used and abused; I bet they heard from her lawyers!!

Hello,
This is not true, a person cannot post whatever they want. FTC has very strict laws against false advertising. We have never had a problem with the FTC because everything written on our page is 100% true and legit. As for your emails not coming through that would be a problem on your end as our server is always running 24/7, 365 days a year. If your emails made it to us from your end we would be happy to ask you a few questions and help you with the return process.
Thanks,
Mark
