Last month I ordered a trial package of Wu-Yi Tea. I received the tea and was not impressed. I cancelled the order and requested a refund and no future shipments.

This month I observed a $4.95 charge on my Credit Card for "insider secrets". This is an order I did not make. Remembering my Wu-Yi tea experience for a $4.95 charge, I researched the name and found that the 2 companies are one in the same.

In an attempt to contact INSIDER SECRETS TIPS, I discovered a telephone number that does not allow access to a person. The website is also useless as it does not provide a "customer service" or chat room, etc. to request the charge be removed. Now that my Credit Card number is on file, I must be on alert until the day I request a new Credit Card with a new number.
