Please be aware of the free trial Scam of slimming tea of this company. when I visited their site I was offered a free trial and all I have to pay for is $3.95 for shipping. I was asked to provide my credit card details which I did and then at the end when I wa offred to print the receipt which I did and when I printed it the amount was changed to $24.95. I immediately telephoned the company on the number provided and queried the difference and the lady said the higher amount was because the shipping was international so I asked for the order to be cancelled as I do not agree to the higher charge and she assured me the order will be cancelled. Still few days later I received a parcel with a box of tea and later my credit card statement arrived wit a charge of $3.95 And another for $24.95 then after 10 days my credit card was charged another $4.95 (for Web Access??) and a further $59.95 was charged to my credit card some 2 weeks later. I was obliged to immediately cancel my credit card to stop any further charges nd refer the matter to the credit card company to investigate the un-authorized charges against my credit card.

Wu-Yi Source Be aware of the Wu-Yi free trial scam

I am astonished at the Wu-Yi response. It is an added insult to injury to say after almost 14 months later that I should contact their customer services department and they sort it out. The author of the rebuff from Wu-Yi could not have read the original report and could not understand the content. I did call instantly when the printed amount was different from that was showing on the order being completed on line and I did call them immediately and was assured that the order will be cancelled and there will be no charges but that is the point, they did not cancel the order and they have raised and collected several additional charges. The fact is that I was ripped off by Wu-Yi Source and charged for things and amounts that they never should have.
