Complaint Review: Wi Yu Source

Wu-Yi Source.com Wu-Yi Source Did not deliver and are taking money from my account every two weeks and have also been sending me Invoices!! US Internet

I ordered a pack of Wu-Yi tea because it was a free trial and it said I only had to pay the few pounds postage and packaging.... Four weeks after ordering it I received two invoices one for 61.00 and the other for 84.97 but had not received the tea. I checked my bank account to see that they had taken four seperate transactions out of my account as well as the invoices...

I put the name of the company into a google search with the intention of e-mailing them or calling them and couldn't believe what I saw... the first site that came up was about this company ripping people off and continuosly taking money from people's bank accounts. I felt sick and ripped off!

I have had to contact my bank and cancel my full account which means I have no access to my card until my new card is set up and sent to me and with less than 3 weeks to Christmas and presents to buy for my children this is not good enough. And to make things worse my bank are not even sure if they can get my money back. Oh, and i still haven't received any Tea. This is a scam why are these people allowed to get away with this? Surely there is some law to stop these people being able to trade and advertise and Rip people off. What's being done about it, does anyone know???
