I signed up for the Wu-Yi TRIAL PROGRAM on 09/18/2008. Under the TRIAL PROGRAM and per their internet site - I received the tea bags free of charge and all I was responsible for was the $4.95 shipping charge. I signed up for the TRIAL PROGRAM and received my 14 day supply of tea.

Upon checking my credit card balance on-line I notice several charges from Wu-Yi Source. I was charged a membership fee on 09/26 I was charged a web access fee of $9.95; on 10/10 and 10/25 I was charged $59.95 for tea; on 10/27 I was charged $4.95 and $9.95 for membership and web access fees.

I only signed up for the TRIAL PROGRAM and even received an e-mail from Wu-Yi indicating that I signed up for their TRIAL PROGRAM. But yet they have charged me twice for web access fee's, membership fee's and they placed me on auto-ship and charged me $59.95 for tea's that I wasn't supposed to receive.

I called the company on 11/22 and notified them of this error. I checked my credit account on 11/24 and the company charged my account again in the amount of $59.95.

Wu-Yi operates on DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT practices. You sign up for the TRIAL program as stipulated on the internet and they set you up for automatic auto-ship and continue to charge your credit card.

This is false advertising, it is deceptive and the compnay operates under fraudulent practices.

...because I've noticed that you've replied to a number of Wu-Yi rip-off reports.

For the record I read the fine print when I signed up for the TRIAL PROGRAM and was only to be charged for shipping in the amount of $4.95.

Wu-Yi did not charge me $29.95 as you stated in your response to my posting. This company charged me $59.95 not once, not twice, but 3 times. They have also hit me up for membership fee's and internet access fee's.

Before you respond to a rip-off report I encourage you to read first. Please and thank you.

Right off their web site "These bonuses you get today with your order also come with a seven day (Insider Secrets Expert Tips Package Free Trial) and twenty-eight day (Comprehensive Weight Loss eBook Package Free Trial period. Our world-class experts want you to be satisfied with their guidance and services before being asked to pay for them. If you're happy, do nothing. You're billed just four dollars and ninety-five cents and nine dollars and ninety-five cents once each month unless you cancel. Past charges for bonuses are non-refundable, however cancellation is easy and immediate by calling the number on the confirmation page which you'll come to after this order page. Remember, don't continue to pay unless you're 100% happy and satisfied!"

So the additional fees are for the bonuses you signed up for.

As far as the additional charge. A lot of companies cannot stop a charge going through within a few days of canceling. I would imagine a simple email, call or chat would resolve the problem.
