WU-YI SOURCE I cannot contact this company to get them to stop sending and charging me for 3 boxes of tea each month. DES MOINES Iowa
I sent for the limited sample of WU-YI tea several months ago. I do not want to continue to receive and be charged for 3 or 4 boxes of this tea each month. I cannot reach anyone at the company......the webside is blank and the phone number does not allow me to talk with anyone. I want these shippments to me stopped immediately!

Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. I would call them and tell them you never authorized the charges. Tell them you never agreed to receive the boxes and that you want it Cancelled immediately or you will file a claim on them.

Since you appear to have a street address for them, have you tried sending them a certified, return receipt requested letter to cancel their services?
