I ordered this product and payed the requested 4.95 for s&h. they charged me twice. i phoned them and they said the 4.95 was for a ebook. i told the customer service rep. that i only order the tea. this double transaction put my bank balance in jepordy. i told them to cancel my future orders for they had also taken out 59.95 for the shipment i recieved. i told them that they had emptied my account by taking out that money and i was being charged insufficient funds because of it.

i had zero balance in my checking account causing all the important bills i had payed also drop to insufficient funds. i called them and told them i wanted that money (59.95) put back into my account so all my other transactions would not cost me more money. i was told by the rep. that they couldn't put the money back until i sent the tea back. now how can i send the tea back after you cost me all the money i had in the world until i get payed again in two weeks?

today is 8-14-08 and i just happen to be looking over my bills and called the bank to see that i had still two dollars and some change in my account. instead i find out that once again wu-yi went back into my checking account and this time took out 9.95 causing me insufficient funds once again.

i called them and was told the charge was for a ebook. i told the rep once again i had not ordered an ebook so why was i charged for one. she told me she would cancel it but what good will that do, my bank has it on pending payment and has already charged me insufficient funds for it. i want these peple to reinburst me for all the trouble and migrains they have caused me. that 4.95 shipping charge ended up costing me 242.00 and some change i owed the bank. now tommorrow i will send back the pkg of tea and hope i never hear from my bank account again about overdraft fees because of wu-yi.

if i had had the money to send it back, i would have sent it back the same day i called them about this stupied tea, for which i find out now that it is worthless. now i'm once again going to be short on my bills because of overdraft fees. i had 14-days on top of 60 days to return the tea if i was not satisfied. all the problems began before 14-days of trial period.
if exact dates and times are needed to help me with this i can get them for you on request. wu-yi says they record any problems or transactions over the phone when you call them. i wonder if they recorded my several calls to them about the problems they are causing me at my bank.

i am not rich and live practicly on fix income and can't offord paying out extra monies caused by the ordacity of internat ripp- offs. i have read other ripp-off reports about wu-yi tea with the same problem i have.
