I went online to try some new diet stuff as I like trying new things haha.... Well, I stumbled across Wu-Yi source and read their site. I love green tea so I ordered the 14 day trial.... Not smart lol. They took forever to send it and they only billed me 6.98 or something like that.

When I finally recieved the product, I tried it... It tasted so bad that I couldn't finish it. I got online and sent an email saying that I wanted to stop the automatic ordering. They said alright and canceled my account.

I waited about two weeks thinking everything was all good. But then I noticed that I was billed 37 dollars. I was livid. I sent a couple emails and tried to stop it telling them that I should not be billed for something I did not recieve or even want. Told them my account was canceled and that they should not have billed me.

They told me that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee before I got my 37 dollars back, which I was alright with since it was only $5.55 which is better than losing 37 dollars.

Everything was taken care of. I was refunded my money, all but $5.55 or so. Thought everything was good until I saw that Living Lean was trying to take some money, 19.95 dollars, out of my account. Went straight to my bank and said that I did not authorize this charge so we canceled my check card and waiting to see if I can get my money back. This is crap, something needs to be done about these people, WUYI Source.
