I found this website offering an easy way to lose weight through a chinese tea called Wu-Yi Tea. They offered a free 30 day trial for the cost of only shipping and a free membership to another online weight management program called Living Lean. Since the first charge I have received many more charges from this company without my permission and of course with no product.

So far there are four charges on my account and three overdraft charges due to this, all together totaling $191.80. The only charge I authorized was for $4.95, a difference of $186.85. I contacted the company and was treated with much disrespect. I was informed that it was in the terms and conditions when I applied when NO it was not. I was informed that it would be the 30 free trial for $4.95 and if I was satisfied then I could order more. I was also informed to order in advance if possible due to the shortage of product.

The gentlemen I spoke with was very rude and kept acting like our connections was breaking up when I was in a good reception area. He also acted like he could not understand my english. I was born and raised in Texas, I assure you my english is perfect.

I called my bank to stop payment these charges and file fraud on my account, as I was informed that I was not the only person to be taken by this company.
