I also had $19.95 withdrawn from my checking account without my authorization from this company. I saw the entry in my account from Living Lean Las Vegas and had no idea who they were. I also immediately called my bank and had my debit card cancelled and they are investigating this withdrawal. They withdrew the funds AFTER I cancelled my account with them and returned the tea, hopefully for a refund of the $37. I learned the hard way not to trust e-mails I get from companies I've not heard of.

I hope this helps someone else before they get ripped off!

But for Living Lean, you need to contact their customer service at 1-866-396-5711 where you will be assisted by a representative. They are available Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM MST only.

Also, we are calling Living Lean on your behalf and you'll certainly receive the money back in your account within 5-7 business days.
