Wu Yi Source (Tea) Unable to cancel Des Moines Iowa
Decided to try the "free trial." When I called to inquire about the $59.95 charge on my credit card, I was told that I had to return the product or be charged. (I tried the product, how can I return it?)
{It's oolong tea you can buy for much less at a grocery store}
Now, I'm receiving additional charges of $14.95 and $4.95 per month. I canceled the $14.95 by calling the 800# on my credit card statement but when I call the 800# (8002819006) which appears with the $4.95 charge, it directs me to a website www.insiderssecretsguide.com which doesn't exist for Wu Yi.
Never again.........
