Wu-Yi Source, Wu-Yi System, IW/Living Lean They charged my checking acct. $19.95 without my approval! Las Vegas Nevada
I was sent an email about Wu Yi Tea to help lose weight. I ordered (what they call free trial) paid $4.95 for the s&h fee. Yes I read their terms and conditions where within 30 days you will automatically be charged $29.95 each month unless you call or email them to cancel your order, but it must be done within 14 days after you order your FREE trial. So before the 14 days were up I CALLED and EMAILED them to make sure my order was canceled and they said yes it was canceled. I thought it was all taken care of until today! They charged my checking acct. $19.95. They took that $19.95 out of my acct. without MY approval!!

Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window.
