Wu-Yi Source was to send a trial package of tea for a nominal $6.95 value. I waited two weeks and it did not come. I sent them an email informing them that the the tea never came and that I expected a credit back to my account for $6.95. I have the email confirming that they would credit the money back. I also told them in the same email that I had changed my mind and did not want their tea. They said no problem and they would delete my credit card from their system. The next day, I received an email that said they had shipped the tea. I wrote to them and asked why? I advised them that I had supporting email to not ship the tea. I also told them if they want the tea back that they need to forward a pickup to UPS and it would be waiting on the doorstep. Tonight I am checking my account on line and they have debited by account under a different name IW/Living Lean. I have notified the bank to get the money back and to not let them debit this account again. The only way I found them by the way was googing IW/Living Lean and it lead me to this site....So beware! I see that the UPS address is from Canadian address...so that is how I will be categorizing this complaint.

We have already refunded your money back to your account for the tea.

But for Living Lean, you need to contact their customer service at 1-866-396-5711 where you will be assisted by a representative. They are available Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM MST only.

Also, we are calling Living Lean on your behalf and you'll certainly receive the money back in your account within 5-7 business days.
