I ordered WU-YI Tea per them showing Oprah as someone supposedly endorsing the product. I didn't read the fine print at the bottom stating neither her nor Rachel Ray truly endorse the product. I was to be charged $4.95 in shipping for a 30 day supply. After 14 days if I did not return product they would charge me $29.95. I used the product and it didn't do anything, but due to me having surgery I didn't get to cancel until I was out of the hospital and somewhat recovered. By then they had charged me $19.95 for Living Lean which I knew nothing about and then 2 days later charged me $34.90 for a 90 day supply of tea. Help!! I called to cancel and got the run around. They provided a bogus website that does not exist. When I finally got through to a human it took me 30 minutes to explain and he claims he cancelled. He then informed me that I had to call another number to cancel the Living Lean. I stated I didn't request Living Lean and do not even know what it is. He stated if I want to cancel I must call them. I did call and request to cancel. I was told by both people that my money would not be refunded. I didn't receive that on any of my paperwork, but they state it is online. I now have to close out my checking account and re open to ensure they do not take any further money from my account. Rip off YES!! Buyer please be aware this is a huge RIP OFF!!
