Wu-Yi Tea continued billing my card even after I was given confermation number of cancelation. Still being billed, bu tnot recieving any product. Austin Texas
I tryed Wu-Yi tea for the trial period. After recieveing one box, I was not satisfied with the product, so I called to cancel. After I called the first time, I recieved another box of tea, and was billed again. Last month I had my fiance call the company for me, to cancel. He was given a confermation number of the cancelation, and was told we would not recieve any more. I have not recieved any more tea, but since given the confermation number, I have been billed 2 more times, amounts of $29.95 each, for the tea.
