Wu-Yi Tea & Insider Secrets Guide Charged my credit card, didn't send the product, said they refunded but didn't - oh my!! Internet
I should have known better! I had a chance to win a big screen TV - all I got was a headache! I agreed to receive their tea. It was only $4.95 shipping. I never got the tea so I called before they started charging me for the 'monthly shipment'. They said I had to call back in 4 days because I needed to wait the alloted 10 days... which I did. I checked my credit card bill, not only did I NOT get the credit (after calling twice!) but I was charged another $4.95 for some other service. When I called they said they didn't have access to their records (but they could pass on my credit card info!) and I had to call that company - Insider Secrets. When I called them, I was told that I agreed to the terms and policies. I told her I did not! She kept reading from her script until I got mad. She finally said they would credit the $4.95 back to my card. We'll see.....
