My tea was delivered, left by the carrier on my front walk and a neighboring critter descimated the box and its contents. When I called to get help, not a person was available at the end of any tellephone maze of buttons numbers. I resorted to email contact and got a response to call the number again. I got a bit huffy in the next email and was told to return the tea for a refund...(was I supposed to vacuum the front lawn and extract the leaves from the clippings...or perhaps steep the offending critter and dry his leavings to retun with the ravaged box and wrappings?!?

Bottom line: I gave up and let them charge my debit card figuring I'd not use them ever again and would be generous in broadcasting my frustration and displeasure.

My mood flew from frustration to furious when another company, Living Lean, charged my debit card $19.95 without my permission. To date, I have been unable to find any contact information and had to cancel my debit card today leaving me financially naked (how we do count on these plastic banking aids.) Now, not only do I feel cheated, but I feel wholly put out and angry all over again just writing about it.

I called my bank and got them to report Living Lean as a fraud, though their obvious co-conspiritor Wu Yi Source won't be affected by my report. Each of us has to do whatever we can to make changes and keep the rats at bay. Thanks for letting me sound off and feel at least a modicum better...
