I was ready to stop my shipments of the tea and I do believe I was successful in that. I went to www.wu-yisource.com/contactus.php. There I clicked on the box which read "I'm not receiving a response when I email teahelp@usa.com." Then I clicked on the live chat help link and told the operator of my desire to curtail, indefinitely, my tea orders. She gave me a confirmation number and said it was done. I will let you know if it does not work. She also told me to call this number 1-866-396-5711 to discontinue the Living Lean newsletter subscription that comes online with the tea orders. I have not called them yet. But, I will and let you know if there is a problem. Thanks, Latresa
