CNN-NBC-Fox News promoted this! First bow of 60 is free but Postage and handling are $6.95. My box arrived and 99% of the tea bags were partially open, with "leaves" spilling out on my shelf and counter-top.

After e-mailing them, a 2nd box was sent as a replacement. I discarded the "bad" tea bags and began using the ones from the 2nd. box. Unfortunately, I didn't think clearly and later realized the 2nd. box was costing me $29.95!

With life being so busy, I didn't notice a charge of $19.95 on my credit card, the next month. Then, another charge for the same amount appeared on my statement! After talking to my Credit Card Co., I had to close that account and call Wu-Yi Tea.

"Amy" repeatedly said: "I understand, but our policy is to have a "COMPANION SERVICE" to advise clients how to lose weigh, along with drinking the tea!! The charge for that "Service" is $19.95 per month!!

After many objections, I am to receive a "one-time Courtesy Refund of $19.95 and she gave me a confirmation number.

Now I must wait to see IF I get that credit and if there are other charges of that amount on my credit card, they will dispute those charges with Wu-Yi Tea.

Unbelievable!
