Complaint Review: Wu-Yi Tea Source

Wu-Yi Tea Source And/or Lean Living In Las Vegas I didn't read in the tea leaves that the tea company would literally rob me! Las Vegas They Say On The Website Internet

I have several complaints about the Wu-Yi Tea Source company. I signed up for a 14 day "free" trial. I was told I would pay $6.95 for shipping & handling. I should have known it was a rip off after I was also charged $1.11 for "international fees". I could have sworn Vegas is in the U.S.!

After I researched the product online I realize I had been duped! I called the Wu-Yi Tea Company to cancel after a few days and I got a recording. I finally found the website and emailed to cancel.

The email I received said I had to take the first $37.00 order for the tea. But the paperwork I printed when I ordered the tea did not state that. They wrote that I would get my refund when the tea came and I returned it. That was two weeks ago when the $37.00 was taken out of my banking account and I still haven't seen the tea to return to them!!

Three days ago my banking account was charged $19.95 from a company called Living Lean in Las Vegas. I called the number listed on my banking account and it sounded like a fax number. All I got was alot of schreeching noises.

I want my money back from the crooks now!

But for Living Lean, you need to contact their customer service at 1-866-396-5711 where you will be assisted by a representative. They are available Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM MST only.

Also, we are calling Living Lean on your behalf and you'll certainly receive the money back in your account within 5-7 business days.
