I ordered the free trial offer and gave my credit card details to pay, I thought, for the postage. Since then there have been numerous debits by them.

They say the free trial is not a free supply and to be refunded I must return the tea, which I have done but "The Insider Secret" keep making further small debits. The whole thing is a rip off. I wait to see if I actually get a refund.

I have had two of the Insider Secret debits refunded but now there is another debit for membership which I shall of course dispute but the whole thing is a pain that I am getting very tired of.

Wu-Yi Source say that I in ordering the free sample I agreed to all the conditions. Yes but who reads all the small print? I most certainly shall in future!

My credit card company, Capital One, just keeps refering me back to Wu-Yi Source and The Insider Secret.

I sent the tea back on 13th December. When I enquired on 30th December to see if it had been received they did not admit any knowledge of it but when I said I would give it one week and then complete a disputed transaction form for my Credit Card Company they said they would refund the charge. To my surprise I have now been refunded.

I do not know whether or not they or any of the associated companies have tried do make any further debits on my account because I lost my credit card so the company closed the account and opened a new one. I shall not be giving my new account number to Wu-Yi Source or any other company based in the USA.

It should be noted that the WU-YI Webb site, if based in the UK, would fall foul of the legislation about unfair contract terms and the legislation about distant selling. Perhaps USA citizens should be lobbying there federal political representatives to get similar consumer protection legislation enacted as soon as possible!

It seems this latest debit on my credit card is from yet another associated company of which I new nothing till now. It is Comprehensive Weight Loss E-book Package. I telephoned the number given to me by my credit card company and have been assured that I shall be refunded. We shall see. To be prepared for the worst I have told my credit card company to send me a dispute form. I shall update this report in due course.
