I too got ripped off by Wu-Yi.  But I have a little twist on the situation.  When I first received my trial order, I did not open it for a couple of weeks.  By the time I tried it, I was already being billed for the initial 3 months supply.  I figured it was my own fault and accepted it.  However, I soon discovered the tea made me very jittery and hyper and ran my blood pressure very high.  So when I received the next shipment, I just wrote across the package "refused, return to sender", which is usually how I will return an unopened item.  I figured it would take a couple of weeks for my account to be credited and was not worried.  That was Nov 08.  The same thing happened for the next 3 months with charges made to my account but no credits. So in March 09 I finally called them, they cancelled my account and said it would take 2 months to get my refund because it had to be approved by corporate.  It is now Dec 09, I have called 3 other times inquiring about my refund, I was still getting the same "it will take 2 months to get your refund" run around.  That is until today when, after the customer service rep named "Armando" refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor because "you don't need to, you should have followed our return proceedures", I called back to the service center and finally was told I would not be receiving my money back because they could not tell if I had sent the product back or not. Nor could they determine if the product had been received in the warehouse. When I asked why I had not been told this on the other occasions I had called, the rep didn't know.  By the way, I order online all the time, and with the exception of this company, I have always been able to refuse acceptance of a shipment/package and have it returned to the sendor without incedent.  DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!  AND IF YOU ARE LUCKY, YOU MAY GET A KNOWLEDGEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SHOULD YOU BE UNFORTUNATE ENOUGH TO HAVE TO CALL.
