I purchased the trial for 4.95. It did not work, so I canceled the order. a few months later I recived a 4 box shipment, sent email to cancel the order again. August 2008 they sent another shipment and billed me another 149.95. I received it Sept 3 and shipped it back to them Sept 4th with an RMA#3362851, they received it on Sept 10th. I have been trying to get my money Back.

Emails sent to the company and responses the first time was from shalyncustomersupport@gmail with the wors "Watermelon". I was to receive my refund 6 days after they received the return package. Two weeks later I contacted them and have been trying to get hold of everyone, with negative response.

Filed report with the credit card company and they say the person that billed me the 149.95 claims they do not have any affiliation with WUYISOURCE. I have 37 pages of attempts to get this issued resolved with negative results. I filed a report with the FTC today.

This is a terrible company to do business with.

Megan and Pearl with their chat support also advise me I should get my money back and provided RMA's and business address in California. I want my mone back. The Aspire credit card company has discontinued the credit card program and they have gotten paid.
