I ordered a free 14 day trial of Wu-Yi tea from www.wu-yisource.com and cancelled the order soon after the 14 day trial period. Since I did not send back the tea they debited my account for $59.95 which was okay as I was still drinking the tea, they stated that I still had the 30 day money back guarantee. I had a charge for $4.95 show up on my debit statement that was unfamiliar so called my debit company and they gave me the toll free number to call to find out what it was for.

These people got my bank info from me purchasing the free trial online and told me that when I ordered the tea that I unlocked the offer for thier service. BALONEY!!! I ask them to cancel and they did, but would not refund my money.

Okay next month another charge for $9.95 from a different source so I called and it was some ebook that they were charging me for stating that I unlocked this when I ordered the tea. I cancelled and asked for my money to be returned and they said they could not do that. I called the Wu-Yi Source 800 # and they told me to go online to do a live chat and maybe they could help me.

Here is the way it went: I explained and she said that I was charged $4.95 for Secrets Expert Tips Package and $9.95 for Comprehensive Weight Loss ebook Package and she gave me thier phone numbers to call them. I told her that I was very angry that they gave my info to these people and I did call them but they will not refund my money. She stated that the terms and conditions stated that I automatically enrolled for these items.... HOG WASH!!!!

I told her they were a rip off and since I could not get my money back from these other people that I wanted my money back guarantee from them as the tea did nothing for me. She gave me the info where to send the 4 bags I have left for my refund so now I am in the process of getting that sent to them. BEWARE and READ or better yet print off any terms and conditions and study them closely before agreeing to anything online! I will not be suckered by anyone else!!!!!
