Complaint Review: Wu-Yisource

Wu-Yisource took my money out of my account and will not refund it Internet

I found this web site on Wu-Yi tea a weight loss tea. I had heard that it was a great weight loss, but I didn't realize there was more than one out there. I chose the Wu-Yi source which is the wrong one. I received the first one and it didn't work so I called them to cancel my second shippment and David told me my order number and the that my next order would be cancelled. I was looking on my bank statement and saw where they had charged me 29.95,.90, 34.90 and 1.05 all on the same day I called and cancelled. Funny how that happened. I called them back and questioned why they charged me today and they said once I refused the second package they would refund the 29.95 only. I refused the second package and now wverytime I call they tell me they will send it for processing to refund, but 9 days later I still haven't received it and everytime I call they still tell me the same thing. It's a never ending story with them.
